How to Enable Channel Logos and Artwork in Tivimate

Want to give your IPTV interface a polished, TV-like feel? One of the easiest ways to upgrade your Tivimate experience is by enabling channel logos and artwork — making your app more visually appealing and easier to navigate.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to make sure logos and images display correctly, and what to do if they don’t show up automatically.

Why Channel Logos and Artwork Matter

✅ Instantly recognize channels at a glance
✅ Navigate faster with less scrolling
✅ Create a more premium-looking IPTV experience

Tivimate supports logos (aka “picons”) and series/movie artwork through your IPTV provider or external sources.

Step 1: Enable Logos and Artwork in Tivimate

  1. Open Tivimate
  2. Go to Settings > Appearance
  3. Enable the following options:
    • Show Channel Logos
    • Show Poster for Movies
    • Show Poster for Series
    • Show Fanart for Movies & Series

✅ These options control whether Tivimate displays artwork in the guide, menus, and player view

Step 2: Make Sure Your Provider Supplies Logos

Most IPTV providers include channel logos and metadata in their playlist or EPG. If your app isn’t showing logos:

  • Ask your provider if their playlist supports logos
  • Try using the Xtream Codes login instead of M3U — it often provides more metadata

If your provider doesn’t support logos, they may show up as blanks — but you can manually add them (see below).

Step 3: Refresh EPG or Playlist Metadata

If the artwork isn’t appearing, try forcing an update:

  1. Go to Settings > Playlist
  2. Select your active playlist
  3. Tap Refresh Playlist

Then:

  1. Go to Settings > EPG
  2. Select your EPG source
  3. Tap Update EPG

💡 You can also try Clear EPG Data before updating, to ensure a clean refresh

Optional: Add Custom Logos (Advanced)

If your provider doesn’t supply logos, you can manually map them:

  1. Go to Settings > Playlist > Choose Playlist > Set Channel Logos
  2. You’ll see a list of channels. You can select each one and manually link to a logo file.
  3. You can use online logo packs (Google “IPTV picons” or your country’s pack)

⚠️ Keep logos in a local or accessible cloud folder (not from random web URLs)

Final Thoughts

Enabling logos and artwork in Tivimate is a quick win for user experience. Most IPTV services handle this for you — but knowing how to manually refresh or assign them gives you full control.
